from Frankfurt: every two hours with intercity express directly to Karlsruhe central station or every hour with ICE/EUROCITY over Mannheim to Karlsruhe central station                                                                       

from Stuttgart: every hour with IR to Karlsruhe central station

By car

Take the exit Karlsruhe-Durlach on Highway A5. Follow the Durlalcher Avenue into direction Stadtmitte until Durlacher gate ("Durlacher tor"). Follow the sign "Universität" and go right. If you want to park at the campus, take the east-entrance ("Haupteinfahrt") and ask for a parking permission at the gate.
