Gohse GOHSE is a demonstration of the COHSE infrastructure to bioinformatics. COHSE brings together an ontology and an open hypermedia service to dynamically add links to web resources. In this example, we use the Gene Ontology as the ontology, with resources from the GO annotation database as link targets.
